With various shifts available from May through August and Coronet Peak or the Remarkables less than a couple of hours' drive away, there'll be time to play when you're not supporting this welcoming community. The Practice and the Team Hospital and GP services combine to provide a full range of healthcare, medical and emergency support to the wider Gore community.
Location Gore is a farming town of approximately 14,000 people that services a wide rural community of over 25,000. Gore has a strong community spirit with sporting facilities and a world class boutique art gallery that are the envy of rural New Zealand! Within easy reach are Dunedin, Invercargill and Queenstown, and when the natural environment calls, Gore offers great fishing and recreational spaces.
About You - You will have current full registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand
- You’ll be familiar with the NZ health system and ideally have experience in rural health
- You’ll have the flexibility to step into a well-established and supportive team making a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of the Gore community
