Part of a service offering clinical outreach, this group of practices is intent on supporting the health and wellbeing of a diverse cultural community. Its proximity to the black sand beaches of the west coast also supports the afterhours wellbeing of hikers, surfers and beachcombers.

THE PRACTICE and THE TEAM
Communication, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to serving the community characterises this team of GPs, practice nurses, enrolled nurses, a dedicated diabetes specialist nurse, and a clinical pharmacist.

They operate as a cohesive unit that is centred around a Pacific provider which leads and coordinates a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

As well as clinical care, services are tailored to the community’s needs, including LagiOla Healthy Minds for mental health support, dental services, social services, and diabetes retinal screening. This multidisciplinary approach supports the ‘whole person’, their place in their culture and their community.



LOCATION
The west Auckland suburb of Henderson is a vibrant, multicultural hub, gateway to the Waitākere ranges and the black sand beaches of the west coast.

Auckland airport is half an hour's drive, for domestic flights to the regions and regular international connections.



ABOUT YOU

• You will have current full registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand, or be eligible for registration through MCNZ.
• You’ll have a passion for supporting the health and wellbeing of a diverse community.
