As the mild Bay of Plenty autumn seeps into the crisp clear days of a Whakatane winter, imagine a professional stint in this buzzing general practice and leisure time in the forest or on the water. 

This is a long term locum opportunity covering 12 month maternity leave however the clinic is open to shorter terms if that fits your schedule.

• Flexible sessions up to 32 hours/0.8 per week

THE PRACTICE and THE TEAM
This central Whakatane practice has a large team of healthcare professionals and support staff taking care of a wide cross section of the community.

LOCATION
Whakatane is a bustling and friendly town in the eastern Bay of Plenty, just over an hour's drive from Tauranga and Rotorua Airports for regional connections. Locals and visitors enjoy the temperate climate which supports all things outdoors including the Toi Trail and Ohope beach for paddleboarding or beachcombing.
