The Practice and the Team 
Any clinic that provides excellent medical care when we need it urgently is going to have a special team. They see us at our most vulnerable and pay attention to what we need. Consisting of GPs, Nurse Practitioners and Prescribers, a Prescribing Pharmacist and visiting GPs with special interests, this urgent care and after hours service is supported by an awesome admin team.

Location
Whanganui’s location means whatever you’re into you’ll be sure to find it. It’s easy to fill your days off in town enjoying the vibrant art scene, and it’s equally easy to get out and about if the adventure bug bites. Paddle the Whanganui River, climb Mount Taranaki, ride the trails, and put a regular Saturday visit to the Farmers Market in your diary.

Whanganui is an easy three hour drive to Wellington for an international airport or big city fix, close to the ski fields at Turoa or Ruapehu, and New Plymouth’s popular surf breaks.

• Current full registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
• Experienced as a Nurse Practitioner in Urgent Care setting
• Keen to be part of a well-established and supportive team making a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of the Whanganui community
