• General Practitioner 8/10 to 10/10
• $600 + GST per session
• Comfortable and well appointed accommodation with expansive views for after hours enjoyment
• Oamaru, Southland

THE ROLE

• General Practitioner
• That elusive work life balance is in grasp with a comfortable schedule of 20 patients a day (10 per session)
• GPs who appreciate a traditional General Practice setting, with continuity of care and multigenerational support, will find enormous reward working with this small, family orientated practice. If being part of a long standing, well-serving clinic that is at the heart of the community is important to you, then this is a fantastic option.

THE PRACTICE and THE TEAM
Modern well equipped practice with a friendly and supportive team. A positive working environment where the staff are fully committed to offering a high standard of care.  There are 4500 enrolled patients.

LOCATION
Ōamaru is a small town with a big heart and a diverse population. It’s the perfect lifestyle location close to surfing beaches, ski fields, lakes and famous cycle tracks. Fishing and hunting are easily accessible, the town has an active Yacht Club and the Meridian Rowing Centre at the shores of Lake Ruataniwha in Twizel is only 1.5 hours away.  The Victorian Precinct sets it apart and great cafes and eateries make ‘after hours’ very relaxing.

ABOUT YOU

• You will have at least three years’ experience as a GP
• Compassionate team player
• Make a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of the Ōamaru community
• Readily adaptable to new environments
