In the centre of New Zealand's North Island is the country's largest lake and one of its most vibrant towns. Here's your opportunity to settle in the outdoors playground of the north with this permanent role in a large, forward thinking practice.

• No weekday on call; 1 half day every 6 weeks
• Taupō

THE PRACTICE AND THE TEAM
This is a busy practice with 16,500 enrolled patients. The team is experienced and supportive and focused on proactive patient healthcare. It's a modern, purpose built facility, a few blocks back from the lake's edge for a stroll, a sandwich, or an afternoon run.


LOCATION
Taupō, located at the centre of the North Island, literally has a 'great' lake for water-skiing, sailing and kayaking.  The forests surrounding the lake offer world-class hiking and mountain biking to suit all levels of experience. Go fishing in Turangi, ski at Whakapapa or Turoa, or bike the Craters of the Moon.

The local airport offers daily connecting flights to the international airports in Auckland and Wellington.

You will have current, or be eligible for, full registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand and have the following attributes:
