• Permanent General Practitioner OR Nurse Practitioner 8/10
• Salary plus generous relocation package for IMGs
• Full time permanent position with flexible hours.
• Supervision available
• Urgent doctor clinics one weekend every three months (10am to 11am, 6 to 7pm and on call 8am to 9pm) with duty payment in addition to base salary
• Gore, Southland

THE PRACTICE and THE TEAM
You will be working within a professional, supportive, collegial culture in an efficient and well run practice. The team is made up of four GPs, a Nurse Practitioner and a Physician Assistant, four nurse prescribers, four practice nurses, three receptionists and a Practice Manager.


LOCATION
Gore is a farming town of approximately 14,000 people that services a wide rural community of over 25,000. It boasts a strong community spirit, extensive sporting facilities and a world class boutique art gallery that are the envy of rural New Zealand! It’s a family friendly town with excellent schooling options, and very affordable real estate including modern homes for rent.

Within easy reach are Dunedin, Invercargill and Queenstown, and when the natural environment calls, Gore offers great fishing and recreational spaces. Gore’s weather is mild, warm in the summer and cooler in the winter.
