This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Spa Manager to step into a well-run, high-quality spa environment on a temporary basis.

The role offers a great balance between hands-on guest interaction and behind-the-scenes management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both operational leadership and team development.

You will be leading a team of spa professionals while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of service throughout.

This role does not provide accommodation, so you must be able to reliably commute.

Spa Manager Ideal Profile:

• Strong background in spa or wellness management within a busy environment
• Confident leading and motivating a multi-skilled team
• Comfortable balancing front of house duties with administrative responsibilities
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with a guest-focused approach
• Able to adapt quickly and step into an established team with confidence

Spa Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily spa operations ensuring a smooth and professional service
• Spend time on reception supporting guest experience and front desk operations
• Manage rotas, scheduling and general administrative duties
• Lead, support and guide a team including supervisors, therapists and attendants
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service and compliance
• Act as the main point of contact for team and guest queries during shifts
