Relief Chef Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to consistent standards
• Managing daily prep to support smooth daytime service
• Supporting service across sections during busier periods
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and kitchen standards
• Following all food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures
• Working collaboratively to uphold a professional and calm kitchen
