Job Description
SEN Midday Supervisor - CroydonJoin our team as a caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor, supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) during lunch at our Croydon school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supportive care to children during lunchtime, including eating and socializing
- Supervise and encourage safe, fun play, promoting positive interactions and friendships
- Foster a culture of inclusion and respect, supporting positive behavior and wellbeing
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils, providing a secure and nurturing environment
What We're Looking For:
- A kind, patient, and friendly approach, with a genuine interest in supporting children with SEN
- Experience working with children or in a care setting, with SEN experience highly valued
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff and pupils
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of all children
Details:
- Location: Croydon
- Hours: 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM, Monday to Friday (5 days)
- Pay: £13.50 per hour
