Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Pay: £85 - £95 per day (PAYE)

About The School:
Specialist primary and secondary school for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviors. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team.

Job Description:
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:

- Support students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviors
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, delivery, and assessment
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviors
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
