Full Time SEN Teaching Assistant - KS1 - BexleyThe School is seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in a specialist SEN school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to children with SEN, promoting independence and confidence
- Collaborate with teachers to implement tailored education plans, addressing unique needs
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, promoting academic and personal growth
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience working with children with SEN, including those with complex needs
- Knowledge of diverse learning styles and adaptability in teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
