Key Stage 1 SEN Teaching Assistant
The School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Kingston. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to students with special educational needs, empowering them to reach their full potential.

About the Role:
- Provide personalized support to students with SEN, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with class teachers to implement tailored education plans, ensuring each student's unique needs are met
- Support students' personal care and social development, fostering independence and confidence
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes academic and personal growth
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic approach to education

Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable
- Knowledge of diverse learning styles and ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
- A genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs and a commitment to making a positive impact on their lives
