Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Bromley on a long-term temporary basis.

This role offers the opportunity to work across all primary ages, providing essential support and encouragement to help students thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the social and emotional development of students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Utilise effective behaviour management strategies to support student engagement and learning.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience working with children with SEN in a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and effective support strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing needs and priorities.
