Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEND TA)Location: Borough of Bromley
Special Education Needs: PMLD, SLD, ASD, Downs, PEG fed, wheelchair users, Complex Needs, SEMH, Behaviour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4pm, short term and long term (adhoc)
Salary: £85 - £95 a day (depending on experience)
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? A school in the Borough of Bromley is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants to join our team.
As a SEND TA, you will have the opportunity to work with students with a range of complex needs, including PMLD, SLD, ASD, Downs, PEG fed, wheelchair users, Complex Needs, SEMH, and Behavioural challenges. Your role will involve providing support in the classroom, assisting with personal care, and helping students access the curriculum in a way that meets their individual needs.
We are looking for individuals who are patient, empathetic, and have a genuine interest in supporting students with special educational needs. Experience working in a similar role is desirable, but not essential. Training and ongoing support will be provided to successful candidates.
