Learning Support Assistant
Primary School, Bromley (BR2)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our wonderful, inclusive partner school in Bromley. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEN (Special Educational Needs) students and KS2 (Key Stage 2).

 

Previous Learning Support experience in a school setting is essential

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to SEN students, ensuring their individual educational needs are met.
  • Assist KS2 teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Implement individualized learning plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students in developing social and emotional skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with SEN students.
  • Experience in a KS2 educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
