Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Temporary Science Teacher to join an amazing teaching team in Wimbledon. The ideal candidate will have a PGCE or QTS qualification and proven experience in teaching science at KS3 and KS4 levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality science lessons to KS3 and KS4 students. - Develop engaging and differentiated lesson plans to meet the needs of all students. - Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary. - Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment. - Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities. - Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- PGCE or QTS qualification. - Experience teaching science at KS3 and KS4 levels. - Strong subject knowledge and passion for science education. - Excellent communication and classroom management skills. - Ability to inspire and motivate students.
