We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join an inclusive primary school in Bromley. The ideal candidate will provide tailored support to children with diverse learning needs, ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive academically and socially. Responsibilities include working closely with classroom teachers, assisting with the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs), and providing one-on-one or small group support to students.

A genuine passion for education and inclusivity, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential.

• Experience working with children in an educational setting
