Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 pupils.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' learning and development. -
• Maintain accurate records and reports on student performance.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
