We are seeking a dedicated and experienced KS1 Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for a contract position in Kingston. The ideal candidate will possess strong pedagogical skills and a passion for fostering a positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the learning experience
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress
• Manage classroom behavior in accordance with school policies -
• Participate in school events and professional development activities

Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging and innovative lesson plans
• Strong classroom management skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
