What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support for children with various learning needs.
• Help children engage with the curriculum and develop key skills in literacy, numeracy, and beyond.
• Assist the class teacher in creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Be an encouraging presence in the classroom, helping children to build confidence, motivation, and independence.
• Support children in developing social and emotional skills, promoting kindness and cooperation.
• Celebrate every success, no matter how big or small – you’ll be the cheerleader they need!

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their potential.
• Patience, creativity, and a sense of fun (because learning should be exciting!).
• Previous experience working with children is great, but we’re also happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
• The ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with both staff and pupils.
• A good sense of humour – after all, we’re all here to have fun while learning!
