Are you a caring, patient, and dedicated individual with a passion for helping children succeed? We’re looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join a primary school in Bromley and make a real difference in the lives of young learners!

What’s the Role?

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our classroom, providing tailored support to children with a range of learning needs. Your role will help children feel confident, motivated, and ready to reach their full potential in a supportive and engaging environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work alongside the class teacher to provide one-on-one and small group support to children.
  • Assist with classroom activities, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support children with special educational needs (SEN), fostering independence and boosting self-confidence.
  • Encourage children to engage, explore, and achieve their personal best.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to ensure every child feels supported.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A passionate and empathetic individual with a genuine desire to make a difference in children’s lives.
  • Previous experience working with children (whether in a classroom, childcare, or other support roles) is ideal, but not essential.
  • A patient listener who is willing to adapt to each child’s individual needs.
  • A team player who can work collaboratively and communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents.

Why You’ll Love It:

  • Fantastic School Community: Join a supportive, friendly, and inclusive team where your contributions are truly valued.
  • Professional Development: We offer training and growth opportunities to help you build your career in education.
  • Great Location: Our school is based in Bromley, with easy access to transport links and plenty of local amenities.
  • Work-Life Balance: We understand the importance of balance, offering flexible hours and generous holidays.

How to Apply:
