Primary School Teaching Assistant (KT1)

 As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide high-quality support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Work closely with students, offering tailored support to help them thrive academically and socially.
• Assist with classroom management and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Support individual and small group work, helping children reach their full potential.

• Previous experience in a teaching assistant or childcare role (minimum 1 year).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
