Graduate Learning Support Assistant / KS3/4 / Secondary School / Lambeth

 

Are you a recent graduate looking to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN) in a Lambeth secondary school?

Future Education invites enthusiastic and compassionate graduates to join our team as Learning Support Assistants. This role offers a unique opportunity to work 1:1 or in small groups with SEN students, supporting them in key stages 3 and 4. You’ll be part of a supportive, passionate team in one of the vibrant Lambeth schools.

 

Role Expectations:

  • Make a meaningful impact by providing vital learning support to SEN students in key stages 3 and 4.
  • Develop strong, positive relationships with both students and staff members.
  • Work closely with class teachers to deliver personalized support, helping students thrive academically and socially.
  • Contribute to the personal growth and success of pupils with special needs, helping them reach their potential.

 

Requirements:

  • Desire to work in a secondary school environment, ideally with an interest in SEN support.
  • Ability to foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service.
  • Recent Safeguarding training (we can assist with this if needed).
  • Right to work in the UK.
