Secondary PE Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Secondary PE Teacher to join a fantastic teaching team in Caterham. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of teaching physical education at KS3 and KS4 levels. A PGCE or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective PE lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress and fitness levels.
• Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages all students to participate in physical activities.
• Promote health, well-being, and teamwork among students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Requirements:

• Experience teaching PE at KS3 and KS4 levels.
• PGCE or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Passion for physical education and promoting active lifestyles among students.
