Role Overview: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they receive the guidance and encouragement necessary to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment, providing tailored support to individuals and small groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
• Support students in their learning, both academically and socially.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and collaboration.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for all learners.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• A strong understanding of child development and learning processes.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ) are desirable but not essential.
