About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs. You’ll work closely with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment, helping students build confidence and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
• Assist in the development and implementation of tailored learning plans.
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Help students with social and emotional development.
