Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:45 am - 3:45 pm

Job Purpose:
The School is seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team, providing individualized support to students with Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students with Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties.
- Assist teachers in planning, delivering, and evaluating lessons.
- Develop and implement behavioral support strategies
- Encourage independence, self-esteem, and social skills.
- Monitor student progress and report to teachers and parents.
- Experience working with students with Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties.
- Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (optional).
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Experience working in a Secondary SEN setting.
- Training in Autism-specific strategies (e.g., TEACCH, PECS)
