Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with varying learning needs.
• Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and adapting materials to ensure all students can participate.
• Foster a positive learning environment, encouraging students to develop confidence and independence.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to monitor student progress and contribute to individual education plans.
• Support the emotional and social development of students, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate successes.

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring and compassionate individual with a genuine desire to support students in their learning journey.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with additional needs, is a plus but not essential.
• A proactive attitude, creativity, and the ability to adapt to varying situations.
