Job Description
We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our team in New Malden.
The ideal candidate will have experience in secondary teaching and be proficient in managing KS3 and KS4 curriculum. Responsibilities include supervising classes, delivering pre-prepared lessons, and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
Strong classroom management skills, adaptability, and the ability to engage students effectively are essential.
