Learning Support Assistant
Location: Lambeth

Our inclusive partner school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join a wonderful team of educators in Bromley.

The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills, the ability to create engaging lesson plans, and a passion for fostering a positive learning environment.

This position requires flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in accordance with the national curriculum.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the varying abilities of students.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support student development.
  • Participate in school meetings, events, and professional development activities.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in teaching at the primary level. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Creativity in lesson planning and problem-solving.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
