What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Qualified Professional: You must hold a relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, CACHE Level 3, or equivalent).

🌟 Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a primary school setting, demonstrating your ability to support diverse learners effectively.

🗣️ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.

💪 Adaptability & Initiative: Ability to tailor support to individual student needs and adapt to a dynamic classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups, enhancing their learning experience.
• Assist in the development and implementation of tailored educational plans in collaboration with teachers.
• Support classroom management, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Monitor and report on student progress, helping to identify and address any challenges.
