Teaching Assistant / KS3/4 / Outstanding Schools / Kingston

Do you have experience as a Teaching Assistant and want to work in a secondary school?

Future Education are currently looking to work with an excellent Teaching Assistants who previously had experience working with students in a secondary school or a Graduate who is looking for school experience. This is a long-term role with an ASAP start and will go on till the end of the school year.

Role Expectation:

• 70% of the role will involve you working in the class, alongside the class Teacher, to support the students.
• 30% of the role will involve you working with a small group of children outside the classroom.

During this time, you will be re-teaching content from the class or holding another form of intervention.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a school environment (Ideally KS3/4 experience)
• Good behaviour management schools
• Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Up to date Safeguarding training
• Right to work in the UK
