Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum for KS1 and KS2.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes.
• Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and promotes a love of learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development and address individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching KS1/KS2.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
