Supply Teaching Assistants Required for Top Schools in Southwest London (SW19) (SW16) (BR1)

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teaching Assistants to join our top performing schools in Southwest London.

The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

As a teaching assistant, you'll gain valuable experience in education, develop strong communication and organizational skills, and play a crucial role in supporting students' learning and development in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key responsibilities include assisting with lesson planning, providing one-on-one support to students, maintaining classroom order, and contributing to a positive learning environment.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Experience working with children or in an educational setting
  • Patience and understanding in dealing with diverse student needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of educational software and technology


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of GCSEs in English and Math (or equivalent)
  • Relevant experience or qualifications in education or childcare
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)


Contract Terms:

  • Temporary contract with potential for extension
  • Competitive hourly rate
