The ideal candidate will possess strong classroom management skills, a passion for teaching young children, and the ability to create engaging lesson plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver effective lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Assess and track student progress.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on student performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience in teaching at the primary level.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
