Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or group support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Support classroom activities and manage student behaviour.
• Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals.
• Monitor and report on student progress and development.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
• Experience with special educational needs (SEN) preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Educational qualifications in teaching or support assistance.
