Job Description:

A Richmond school is in search of a committed and flexible Supply Teaching Assistant to become a part of the academic team. The successful applicant will assist both teachers and students, fostering an environment conducive to learning.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom management and lesson delivery.
• Support individual students or small groups with their learning activities.
• Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources.
• Supervise students during breaks and extracurricular activities.
• Help maintain a safe and positive classroom atmosphere.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different classroom settings and student needs.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
• Relevant educational qualifications or certifications (preferred).
