The Role: We are seeking a qualified Year 2 teacher to join this team on a part-time basis, working in a job share arrangement. This is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively with another experienced teacher, sharing the responsibilities and joys of teaching Year 2. Their job share model ensures a balanced workload and offers a unique opportunity to bring varied teaching styles and strengths into the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the Year 2 curriculum.
• Collaborate closely with your job share partner to ensure continuity and coherence in teaching and learning.
• Assess and monitor pupils’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes pupils’ academic and personal development.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to support pupil achievement.
