Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sports Coach with experience as a Teaching Assistant to join a team in London (SW15). This role involves supporting the development and implementation of sports programs for students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and delivering sports lessons and activities. - Provide one-on-one or group support to students during sports sessions. - Help in organising and supervising sports events and competitions. - Ensure the safety and well-being of students during sports activities. - Foster a positive and inclusive sporting environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of various sports and physical education principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities. - Strong organisational and time-management skills. - Previous coaching and teaching assistant experience is preferred. - Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are a plus. - First Aid certification is desirable.
