Science Teacher (QTS) / KS3/4 / Outstanding Secondary School/ Hounslow

Are you Science Teacher (Maternity Cover) who is currently looking for a Temporary Science Teacher role, while being close to home in Hounslow, at a highly successful school rated as ‘Outstanding’? Future Education are currently looking for an excellent Full-time Science Teacher for a Maternity Cover starting in October 2024 at one of our fantastic secondary schools in Hounslow.

Role information:

Science Teacher

• Maternity Cover (01/10/24 – 25/07/25)
• A Qualified Science Teacher who can teach all 3 sciences at KS3/4 level.
• Full-time

Role expectation:

• To plan and prepare Science lessons for pupils at KS3 and KS4
• Complete the marking and assessment of pupils work and track progress
• Take involvement with faculty and the department
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour

Requirements:

• QTS or QTLS is needed
• NQTs/ECTs will also be accepted
• Right to Work in the UK
• Experience teaching Science at KS3/4 level
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Clean and current enhanced DBS on the update service
• Passion for teaching and having a real impact on a student’s education
