Classroom Teacher (TW9)
KS1/KS2

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Classroom Teacher to join a team in Richmond. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in classroom management and student assessment, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, delivering engaging lessons, and fostering the academic and social development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet state standards and support diverse student needs.
  • Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to motivate and engage students.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing timely feedback and support.
  • Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development. - Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administration.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualification in education or related field
  • Proven experience in classroom management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
  • Proficient in using educational technology and resources.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
