Opportunity to work as a Caretaker at a Primary School in Richmond!

You will be required to maintain the general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas in accordance with the required standards and ensure energy systems operate at optimum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Perform general caretaking and maintenance tasks
Carry out painting and decorating duties as required
Ensure the premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained
Conduct regular inspections and report any issues
Liaise with contractors and suppliers
Handle basic IT tasks related to maintenance management systems

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous caretaking/maintenance experience
 Proficiency in painting/decorating
Good communication skills: ability to read and write in English 
Self-motivated with a positive attitude 
Confidence in working independently 
Flexibility in working hours and duties
Basic IT knowledge

Other Requirements:

Ability to handle physical tasks
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliability and punctuality
