The Role:

This school is looking for a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their team starting in September. This full-time, ongoing role is essential in providing individualized support to one of their wonderful pupils, ensuring they continue to have the best possible educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to a specific pupil, helping them to engage with the curriculum and reach their learning goals.
  • Work closely with the class teacher to implement tailored learning plans and strategies.
  • Support the pupil's social and emotional development.
  • Assist with classroom activities and help maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure the pupil's needs are met.
  • Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the pupil's individual needs.
