Responsibilities:

Differentiated Instruction: Designing and delivering tailored teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs and abilities within the classroom.
Collaboration: Working closely with other teachers, support staff, and parents/guardians to develop and implement effective support strategies and interventions.
Monitoring Progress: Continuously monitoring and evaluating students' progress, adjusting teaching methods and support as necessary to facilitate learning and development.
Advocacy and Support: Acting as an advocate for students with SEN, ensuring their needs are understood and met within the school environment and advocating for necessary accommodations or resources.
