Your role as a Classroom Teacher:

These responsibilities collectively aim to create a supportive and effective learning environment where students can achieve academic and personal success. 

Lesson Planning and Delivery: Create engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse student needs.

Classroom Management: Establish a positive and organised learning environment while effectively managing student behaviour.

Student Assessment: Assess student progress using various methods and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.

Differentiation: Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum plans and resources.

Parent and Guardian Communication: Regularly update parents on students' progress, address concerns, and collaborate on supporting learning at home.

Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.

Student Support and Welfare: Provide pastoral care, mentoring, guidance counselling, and support students' social and emotional well-being.

School Community Engagement: Participate in school activities, events, and committees to contribute to the school community and build positive relationships.

Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of attendance and grades, prepare reports, and attend staff meetings to support overall school operations.
