History Teacher (ECTs are welcomed) / KS3/4 / Good School / Hounslow

Do you have a passion for teaching History and want to inspire the next generation, while working in a good school close to home in Hounslow?

Future Education are looking to recruit an excellent History Teacher who can teach the current KS5 curriculum. The role is at a secondary school that is rated as ‘Outstanding by Ofsted. This is a permanent role that is full-time and starts in September 24. Interviews for this role are currently being held for this Hounslow school!

Role expectation:

• To plan and prepare History lessons for pupils at KS5
• Complete the marking and assessment of pupil’s work and track progress
• Take involvement with faculty and the department
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour

Requirements:

• Must be able to teach History at KS3/4 standard
• QTS or QTLS is desired
• NQTs/ECTs will also be accepted
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Clean and current enhanced DBS on the update service
• Up to date Safeguarding training
• Passion for teaching and having a real impact on a student’s education
