Job Title: Full-Time Primary School Teaching Assistant

Location: Sutton, UK

About Us: Future Education is dedicated to shaping the future of education by providing innovative solutions and support to schools and educational institutions. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join a school as a Full-Time Primary School Teaching Assistant.

Job Description: As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of young students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson planning and preparation.
  • Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help with their learning.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
  • Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
  • Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and implementing individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each student.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting is preferred but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the classroom.
  • A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in education.
