Join Our Team as a Full-Time Early Years Educator at Future Education!

Are you passionate about fostering a nurturing learning environment for young minds? Do you possess a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education? Future Education is seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join a vibrant team within a primary school setting.

Position: Full-Time Early Years Educator

Location: Penge

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 3 to 5 within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that encourages children's exploration and development.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child's individual learning journey.
  • Cover PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) classes within the EYFS as needed.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
  • Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework and its principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, colleagues, and parents.
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of children.
