Job Title: Nursery Teacher

Location: Croydon

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm

Salary: £160 - £200 per day (Negotiable)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher with experience in Teaching children with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join an amazing school based in Croydon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of children with MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of each child.
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress accordingly.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to support diverse learning styles.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Strong understanding of inclusive education practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
